◎ Widely used in composite materials, coatings, inks, adhesives, and sealing materials, it can also be used as a resin modification additive and enzyme immobilizer.
◎ Amino and ethoxy groups are respectively used to couple organic polymers and inorganic fillers to enhance their cohesiveness and improve the mechanical, electrical, water resistance, anti-aging and other properties of products. Thermoplastic and thermosetting resins such as phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, and carbonate used for mineral filling can significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties, as well as wet electrical properties, such as dry and wet bending strength, compressive strength, and shear strength of reinforced plastics, and improve the wettability and dispersibility of fillers in polymers. As an additive for cooling and curing phenolic resin and furan resin in resin sand casting, it enhances the adhesion of resin silica sand, improves the strength and moisture resistance of molding sand. In the production of fiberglass and mineral wool, adding them to phenolic binders can improve moisture resistance and increase compression resilience.
◎ Excellent bonding promoter, can be used for polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic adhesives and sealing materials, improving pigment dispersion and enhancing adhesion to glass, aluminum, and iron metals. It is also suitable for polyurethane, epoxy, and acrylic latex coatings. As a component of the overall or wetting agent in glass/electronic cloth composite materials, it can also be used as a primer for glass and metal.
